The Flamingo Effect follows Ava (played by Kaitlin Kennedy), a young woman who struggles with her mental well-being in the face of online bullying. Ava spirals into despair as her father (Jason Knauf) and grandfather (Bruce Carter) try to support her as best they can.

An unexpected visitor (Chris Grundy) changes Ava's life and gives her the courage to ask for help. As she begins to open up to the community around her, Ava embarks on a path of healing and redemption she could've never foreseen.
